I like to cook.

Growing up, I used to bake.  Then I went to college. And got my own place.  And man, cooking for one just sucks.

I moved into my then-boyfriend-now-husband’s house in late June/Early July of 2007 and started to cook a lot.  Living with someone who is willing to eat just about everything is pretty refreshing.

I discovered the Flavor Bible (thank you Gluten Free Girl). My mother’s allergies to wheat and corn encouraged looking into exactly what is in processed foods, and how to make them without additives and fillers.

Inspiration comes from a lot of places and someday I may list them all.  But in the meantime, I’m ready for lunch.
