Lookie here, I made food and didn’t take any photos!  Oops.

Yesterday, I attempted a new noodle recipe.  I love noodles, and found this recipe via So Delushious; follow links to recipe here on this great food blog Bread and Ginger.

Since Saturday was still technically Lent, and I’m not about to jump right back into eating bread, pasta and corn chips, I used brown rice spaghetti.  It’s okay.  Brown rice spag does not have that rich velvety texture of pasta that makes me weak in the knees.

Anyhoo, I recommend checking out (and trying) this dish.  So simple and easy.  I am going to call this “football food”, and add spreaded red cabbage and carrots. And maybe some miso. And more hotness.
